As an early beta tester for Fluvi we’ve been able to deploy the use of the AI Assistant to our CS team, which has increased their efficiency by several hundred percent. Fluvi is an analytics software build for Amazon Sellers and e-commerce companies selling goods on Amazon’s Marketplace. Fluvi’s software will help users track their sales, costs, profits, ads, returns, FBA inventory, external warehouses, shipments, and much more. Fluvi also forecasts inventory depletion and inventory demand. New tools, including AI tools, are added continuously. Most recently, a customer support email responder, Fluvi Assistant, was added.

Fluvi supports all Amazon Marketplaces, eg. US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, UK, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, Sweden, Turkey, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, South Africa, India, Singapore, Japan, China, and Australia.

We always listens to our customers’ feedback and requests. Most of our current features have, in fact, come to life from user requests! If you’re missing a feature in Fluvi, you can either send us a message from the feedback widget in the bottom right corner once logged in to the app or by going to the Contact page.

Of course we do! Fluvi’s analytics software always comes with a 14-day free trial for new users. All features are available in the free trial, much like in the paid plans. After the free trial expires, you’ll be presented with a paid plan based on your account’s monthly revenue.

You can at any time cancel your Fluvi subscription, and if you so choose to, delete your account. If you’re on a monthly plan, the plan will remain active until the billing period ends (within 30 days) and once it expires, you will not be charged for a new month. If you’re on a yearly plan, contact us to get a partial refund based on how many months remain on your yearly subscription.
