Fluvi Changelog Update #004

Changes and improvements during the last part of 2024. Fluvi's Amazon Seller analytics tool & email assistant has seen updates with features primarily serving Amazon agencies. General updates with sales and profit data as well as performance-enhancing improvements.

In detail

  • Served the Assistant Documents' Feed File Template from the backend as requested.

  • Added Teams support for accepting amazon agency access requests.

  • Handled case sensitivity in sales channel names for report processing.

  • Fixed an issue with unsupported singular measurement units for Product dimensions, such as 'nanometer' and 'picometer'.

  • Prevented duplication of Celery tasks in the core system.

  • Core migrated to SendGrid for email dispatch.

  • Added functionality for Amazon agencies to request access to existing teams.

  • Added feature to upload feed files for new Assistant documents.

  • Fixed an issue where the Amazon FBA inventory chart failed to display data when the inventory page was loaded directly, and also corrected incorrect values for the Reorder, Replenish, and Velocity columns in the inventory table.

  • Added country flags to each Amazon marketplace listing in the sales tab of the marketplace module.

  • Reduced the size of the 'Group By' selection component for the sales table on the summary tab to 75% of its original size.

  • Resolved incorrect trend comparison calculations on the marketplace widget dashboard.

  • Added an option to disable Gmail integration from Fluvi Assistant settings.

  • Investigated the issue where resizing affected functionality and caused missing API requests in the Assistant Extension.

  • Fixed issue where default currency SEK was not displayed on Dashboard for a user's account.

  • Updated the promotional banner on Fluvi's website.

  • Removed duplicated columns from the sales summary table on the sales page.

  • Added date labels to the x-axis of the product modal batch tab for enhanced time differentiation between batches.

  • Fixed a discrepancy between the tooltip in the dashboard widget and the inventory table which displayed different available units.

  • Implemented the new Amazon FBA Returns Tab design.

  • Added the ability to create unlisted posts on the Homepage.

  • Fixed a delay issue with bulk actions in the feedback table.

  • Implemented export data functionality for amazon sales summary tables.

  • Fixed inconsistent spacing in the product column title of the logistics inventory table.

  • Implemented sort order toggle for the FBA shipments timeline widget.

  • Reverted the sort icons for the marketplace widget on the dashboard to correct the inversion issue.

  • Added Amazon Sales rank column to the table on the sales page.

  • Enabled agencies to create permanent teams in Fluvi that cannot be deleted.

  • Granted agency access to team-related API endpoints.

  • Enabled inviting new members as Team Owners in the core system.

  • Added an endpoint for updating agency user details.

  • Core: Restricted Amazon agencies from inviting members to individual sellers' teams.

  • Restricted Amazon Agency Access Request to owner and admin roles only.

  • Implemented sorting of Amazon keyword aggregated data by clicks, impressions, or sales, with reflected changes in pagination.

  • Updated newsletter banner image to include "Agencies".

  • Redesigned the Settings interface with new design 2.0, enhancing the General, Profile, and Users sections without adding new functions.

  • Added Amazon FNSKU to the product modal header.

  • Enhanced the product model to support multiple ASINs, introduced a 'type' argument, and provided ASIN management on a settings page; disabled inventory tab for non-ASIN types.

  • Developed a proof of concept for a sales table with header grouping, supporting sorting and nested sub-rows.

  • Enhanced the agency member profile update endpoint to exclude unchanged attributes from the payload and enabled explicit null setting to remove photos.

  • Introduced a new endpoint to support the creation of agency teams, which function similarly to individual sellers' teams.

  • Integrated a sorting parameter for aggregated keywords based on impressions, clicks, or units sold in the advertising table, disabling other column sorts and customizing the sort function.

  • Fixed a 'Maximum update depth exceeded' error in the Amazon Ads Keywords table.

  • Integrated a new endpoint to display statistics for various amazon agency teams.

  • Redesigned the AI Response button in SellerCentral for the Assistant Plugin.

  • Laid the groundwork for processing data on AWS Lambda.

  • Improved synchronization of products' fees, prices, and catalog items.

  • Modified the core system to exclude Fee Promotion when retrieving Amazon Referral Fees.

  • Fixed a bug where syncing inventories would error if the job's last execution record was missing.

  • Optimized the core startup script to improve deployment availability speed.

  • Improved the scheduler by adding bulk job deletion by IDs, countries, and regions, fixing async and sync issues, and enabling background creation and deletion of jobs for faster response.

  • Optimized the GET_AMAZON_FULFILLED_SHIPMENTS_DATA_GENERAL report for improved efficiency and speed.

  • Added missing Amazon FBA fulfillment centers: DTM3, EMA3, GEU2, QXY5, XCD1, XFR4, and XRI3.

  • Fixed an issue where amazon agencies were unable to proceed past step 1 when adding a new team.

  • Disabled the amazon keywords tab on the advertising page.

  • Implemented new API endpoints to manage assistant documents, including operations to create, retrieve, update, and delete documents.
