Changelog — May 5, 2026
This batch includes a mix of dashboard improvements, product navigation updates, reporting enhancements, and several fixes to tables and mobile usability. The biggest changes are a more flexible Dashboard, new dedicated product pages, and smoother reporting workflows across both standard and visual reports.
A more flexible Dashboard
We redesigned the Dashboard so it’s easier to shape around the widgets you actually use. Instead of relying on a fixed layout, you can now add widgets back inline, remove ones you don’t need, and reorder the page to match your workflow.
We also improved the Replenish/Reorder widget so it fits the dashboard better and is easier to act on. It now takes better advantage of available space, scales more naturally to the number of products shown, and lets you open the product modal directly from the widget.
- Added an inline widget picker so hidden widgets can be added back directly from the Dashboard.
- Added support to add, remove, and reorder dashboard widgets.
- Made the Replenish/Reorder widget span the full available dashboard width.
- Improved the Replenish/Reorder widget height so it scales with the number of rows shown.
- Refined Replenish/Reorder hover states and tooltip behavior for easier scanning.
- Updated Replenish/Reorder urgency colors to better match stock risk at a glance.
- Added row click behavior in Replenish/Reorder so products open in the product modal.
- Changed the default visibility of the Replenish/Reorder widget to reduce dashboard clutter.
Product pages and mobile product modal improvements
Products are now easier to access and manage across Fluvi. We added a dedicated Products area with a full products table, plus a directly navigable product detail page so you can open product information through a stable URL instead of only through embedded views.
We also improved the product modal experience on smaller screens. The modal now uses available screen height more reliably, and the Sales tab opens in a more table-friendly layout when screen space is tight.
- Added a top-level Products page with a full products table and multiple views.
- Added a dedicated product detail page with direct in-app and URL-based navigation.
- Improved the product modal to use full available viewport height on small screens.
- Defaulted the product modal Sales chart to hidden on smaller screens for better table usability.
- Improved chart and table toggle visibility in the product modal in light mode.
Better reporting workflows
We shipped several reporting updates to make reports easier to build, read, and manage. On the Reports page, you can now select or clear all data points more quickly, and the success message after creating a report gives clearer next steps while staying visible until you move on.
Visual Reports also received meaningful improvements. Multi-team views are now easier to interpret in key sections, including clearer team-level revenue breakdowns and a combined Last 12 Months chart instead of splitting that trend into separate team charts.
- Added Select all and Deselect all controls to the report data points list.
- Improved the report creation success message with clearer refresh guidance.
- Showed revenue breakdown values per team in Visual Reports.
- Combined Last 12 Months data into a single multi-team chart in Visual Reports.
Tables are getting more powerful
We continued improving tables across the platform with better summaries, selection, and usability. On Sales, you can now add Revenue including VAT to the combo chart and see a new COGs per unit column in the table.
We also expanded table interactions in places where they matter day to day. Settings tables now support search and sorting, table footers can reflect filter-aware subtotals, and row selection is more efficient with shift-click and grouped selection behavior.
- Added Revenue including VAT as a selectable series in the Sales combo chart.
- Added a COGs per unit column to the Sales table.
- Added filter-aware subtotals to table footers.
- Added shift-click range selection and grouped row selection in tables.
- Added a Joined column to the agency users settings table.
- Added sorting and search to user settings tables.
- Standardized table toolbar actions so Export appears consistently before Full-screen.
- Improved column search in table settings so grouped headers are easier to find.
Improvements
Beyond the highlights above, we also shipped several smaller enhancements across navigation, onboarding, and shared UI patterns.
- Improved the onboarding timezone selector with clearer GMT-based sorting and a more scannable layout.
- Reordered Analytics and Logistics submenu items to match the familiar previous layout.
- Standardized loading, error, and empty states across more areas of the app.

- Added a mobile-friendly date range picker.
- Applied pointer cursors consistently across clickable buttons.
