Amazon Seller Agencies Deserve Better Tools — Here's What We Built Just for You

An inside look at how Fluvi supports Amazon seller agencies with the tools they actually need.

Amazon Seller Agencies Deserve Better Tools — Here's What We Built Just for You

Managing multiple Amazon seller accounts isn't easy. Agencies face a unique set of challenges — from handling performance metrics across dozens of brands to coordinating internal teams and staying ahead of logistics. While traditional seller tools work fine for individual businesses, they often fall short for agencies.

At Fluvi, we've spent the past few years working alongside Amazon sellers of all sizes. Over time, it became clear that agencies — those who manage stores on behalf of others — weren't being served properly by most analytics and operations platforms. So, we built out a dedicated set of features to change that.

The Agency Challenge

Agencies operate on a different scale. They deal with multiple Amazon accounts, different product portfolios, varying performance goals, and distributed teams. Standard dashboards, limited account access controls, and slow interfaces simply don't cut it.

Some of the most common challenges we heard:

  • Too much time spent switching between accounts.
  • Difficulty assigning specific team members to the right clients.
  • Lack of clarity around KPIs across all managed businesses.
  • Limited ability to forecast stock or monitor logistics across brands.

What We Built (and Why)

We took a hard look at how agencies actually work day to day, then created a suite of features designed to support that workflow. Here’s what’s available now for agencies in Fluvi:

Cross-Account Visibility

  • An Agency Dashboard that shows all your client accounts in one place.
  • Ability to group clients however you prefer: by region, team, brand, etc.
  • Quick performance snapshots across all companies, without logging in and out.

Team & Permission Management

  • Invite unlimited users and assign them to specific client accounts.
  • Granular role control so team members see only what they need to.
  • Set currencies per user, useful for agencies with international teams.

Deeper Data Tools

  • Analytics that track everything from profit to ad spend, returns to taxes.
  • Comparison tools for monitoring trends across time periods or accounts.
  • Custom product groupings and views to align with how your agency structures reporting.

Inventory & Logistics Coordination

  • Visual tools to track FBA and warehouse shipments.
  • Inventory forecasting to help you or your clients plan ahead.
  • Purchase order tracking, supplier overviews, and warehouse transfers.

Operations Support

  • Optional tools like a task manager, documentation library, and automated feedback requests.
  • AI features (like our Assistant for Seller Central emails) are available, but optional for teams who want to test them gradually.

How Agencies Are Using Fluvi

Some agencies use Fluvi strictly for analytics and permissions management. Others lean into the inventory and logistics features. A few make heavy use of task management and internal documentation.

We’ve aimed to make the platform flexible enough to adapt to your workflow, not the other way around. Whether you're managing a handful of stores or scaling up fast, the tools are designed to be both accessible and powerful.

Where We're Going

Our goal is to continue improving the Fluvi experience for agencies. We’re working on even more ways to support multi-client workflows, simplify reporting, and reduce manual work. As always, we rely heavily on feedback from users to guide what comes next.

If you're managing Amazon stores for others and need a more structured way to do it, we'd love to hear how you're working today and where the pain points still are.
