Changelog — August 11, 2026
Fluvi adds scheduled Amazon inventory demand reports, estimated lost sales units, and new Amazon PPC, Buy Box, and FBA stock alerts.
Schedule Amazon inventory demand reports instead of rebuilding them
Recurring inventory planning used to mean building the same Inventory Demand Report by hand every week. You can now put a report on a schedule and edit or pause it later. For example, set one to run every Monday and it lands in your inbox before you start work, with that week's order quantities already calculated — nobody has to open Fluvi to make it happen.
- Removed order dates and clock times from scheduled Inventory Demand Reports, so a recurring schedule never carries an expired date.
See estimated lost sales units in your Inventory Planner
Out-of-stock days told you how long a product was unavailable, not what that gap cost you. The Inventory Planner now estimates the units you would have sold instead. For example, a product with 8 out-of-stock days last September now reports 120 estimated lost units for that month — a quantity you can put straight into a purchase decision, rather than a duration you have to translate first.
- Previous-year lost-unit estimates assume the product is currently out of stock, and now say so.
Create alerts for Amazon PPC, Buy Box, and FBA stock risk
The alert rules built a fortnight ago covered a narrower set of signals, so anything outside it still came down to a manual check. You can now watch orders, average order value, the Amazon PPC funnel, Buy Box percentage, and the number of days until a product runs out of stock. For example, get told when FBA coverage falls below 21 days or PPC conversion drops under 8%, with the alert naming the products that crossed the line.
- Added ten metrics: orders, average order value and the Amazon PPC funnel, plus Buy Box percentage and days-until-out-of-stock for total and FBA stock.
- Rebuilt the metric, product, marketplace, team and recipient pickers around badges, counts and bulk selection, and brought event alerts onto the same forms, scope wording and action menus as rules.
Improvements
- Added SKU grouping to Product Performance Summary reports, alongside ASIN and Parent.
- Improved Visual Reports setup: exclude inactive and archived products from product tables, pick from suggested recipients on scheduled reports, and see Marketplace Performance Summary previews that mirror the finished component.
- Tightened spacing between labels and statistics in Visual Reports summary tables.
- Reworked alert emails: listing issues now arrive immediately by email and in-app and carry the actual Amazon issue rather than just a severity, and shipment, return, category, dimension and branded-content emails were redesigned around clearer tables.
- Made test alert sends match the message that actually gets delivered.
- Added Sales-style grouping to the Returns summary table by ASIN, region and custom product groups.
- Moved product dimensions into a dedicated Dimensions view on the Products page, with a visible Group by label beside the grouping selector.
- Added FBA and total out-of-stock dates to the product modal inventory forecast.
- Added a Team owner column to the agency dashboard teams table.
- Reorganised Tools: a Feedback link, an MCP setup page with connection instructions for supported AI clients, an AI badge on Agents, and clearer guidance in the Assistant empty state.
- Standardised date-range labels across Fluvi with clearer start and end formatting.
- Improved initial page loads, large product table loading, and Sales chart interactions.
- Improved scheduled report retries so failed deliveries retry within minutes instead of hours.
