Changelog — August 12, 2025
This week, we've focused on improving financial accuracy, data clarity, and inventory planning — especially for sellers and agencies managing complex product catalogs. Several new visual cues, reporting data points, and error-handling enhancements are now live across the platform.
Features
- Payout Sync via Financial Event Groups
We've added new backend support for syncing Amazon payouts using the Finances API's Financial Event Groups. This delivers richer, more consistent payout data views — particularly impactful for cash flow planning.
Improvements
Financial Reporting & Profitability
-
TACoS and Advertising Revenue Metrics
New data points for TACoS (Total Advertising Cost of Sale) and advertising revenue are now available across sales tables and report summaries. Both TACoS values (inclusive and exclusive of VAT) are supported. -
Nominal Profit & Comparison
Reports and performance summaries now include nominal profit (actual earnings) and comparison baselines alongside profit margin percentages — offering deeper insight into financial trends. -
Payout History Expansion
The cash flow planner now accesses the last 18 months of Amazon payout data for better forecasting and financial planning. -
Improved Custom Expense Handling
Underlying improvements were implemented to better manage and track custom business expenses in reports, especially across time-based planning modules. -
Sales & Traffic Accuracy
Virtual bundles are excluded from Sales & Traffic report aggregation. Since these items split into standard ASINs at the time of sale, this ensures more accurate sales reporting.
Dashboards & Reporting UI
-
Enhanced Marketplace Summary Widgets
Pagination limits were removed from the marketplace summary and orders table widgets on the dashboard. All data rows now display by default, improving visibility for multi-marketplace sellers. -
Trend Indicators and Week Labels
Week numbers in report graphs have been replaced with date ranges (e.g., "Jan 1 – Jan 7") for better clarity. Additionally, trend arrows have been added to aggregated total rows to help users quickly spot directional performance shifts. -
Expired Production Cost Indicators
Expired cost of goods values are now visually flagged within product settings and sorted to the end of their respective tables. These expired entries are also excluded from cost summaries and profit calculations. -
Revenue Graph Currency Fixes
Reporting discrepancies from mixed marketplace currency aggregation have been resolved. Totals now correctly convert into a target currency before being aggregated. -
Dashboard Banner on Missing Marketplaces
A new banner is shown when a user has no connected marketplaces, helping distinguish between missing data and temporary sync delays.
Inventory & Planning Tools
-
Alternative Inventory Widget
A new inventory planning widget option is now live. It combines replenish and reorder logic using the lowest alert threshold between the two values. This widget also offers compact and full layouts, visual color indicators, and tooltips for deeper context. -
Growth Modifier Accuracy
An issue affecting growth modifier logic in the inventory planner has been resolved, ensuring sales trends are correctly reflected in forecasted reorder recommendations.
Fixes
- Corrected PPC conversion rates in custom reports (
units sold / clicks). - Fixed display and calculation inconsistencies for growth-adjusted inventory values.
- Addressed rendering bug in the Visual Reports graph for multi-team data.
- Marketplace-reported revenue totals now convert correctly for multi-currency environments.
Looking Ahead
Next, we're expanding historical trend analysis across inventory and financial modules — with deeper insights into long-term profitability and cost normalization. The assistant's automation features are also being enhanced. Stay tuned, and thank you for helping us shape what's next.
