Changelog — July 28, 2026
Fluvi rebuilds the Visual Report builder around a live sample preview, and adds configurable Amazon alerts, AI returns analysis and bulk COGS editing.
See the report you are building while you build it
Building a Visual Report meant configuring it blind, generating it, and finding out afterwards whether the date range bucketed the way you expected or a component carried the comparison you wanted. The rebuilt report builder puts a sample preview beside the form and keeps it in step with every setting you touch.
It is not a sketch. The preview buckets its charts with the same rule the finished report uses, so a month-long range draws a bar per day and a year draws a bar per month, and it adds the same forecast window on the end. Comparison is resolved per component exactly as the report resolves it, so switching it off for one component shows only that component losing its second series. Components can be dragged into order in the preview itself, and the report is built in the order you leave them.
For example, widen a report from June to a full year and the chart in front of you switches from thirty daily bars to twelve monthly ones before you have generated anything.
Build an alert out of any combination of Amazon metrics
Alerts used to be a fixed list with limited controls, so anything outside that list went unwatched. You can now build a rule out of whichever metrics you want watched together — revenue, units sold, sales rank, ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, ad spend and more — then set one condition for the rule: which direction matters, how far it has to move, and whether that is measured against the previous period or a trailing average. Point it at the whole account or at a chosen set of products, and Fluvi states the rule back to you in a sentence before you save. For example, watch ACoS and TACoS together and hear about it when either rises more than 15% against the previous 7-day period across 12 selected ASINs.
Turn Amazon return reasons into an actionable report
Reviewing return reasons product by product meant reading comments individually and spotting recurring themes yourself. You can now choose a date range and generate an AI Returns Analysis with product-level reasons, themes and recommended actions. For example, a report covering 86 returns for one ASIN can surface repeated "too small" comments and recommend clarifying the size guide.
Update COGS across many Amazon products at once
Updating COGS across a large catalog meant editing each product separately. The new COGS management view lets you select products and update base COGS, or apply a dated custom cost line item, in bulk. For example, select 250 ASINs and apply a $3.20 packaging cost from March 1 through June 30 once, instead of making 250 edits.
See the whole stock forecast on one graph
The product modal's inventory graph showed what you had, not what happens next. It now projects on-hand stock across the next twelve months against forecasted demand, shades the months you would spend out of stock, and marks both the date an order has to be placed and the date that shipment lands. For example, an ASIN with cover into March shows a shaded run from April onward, an order marker on November 12 and an arrival marker in January — so the deadline and its consequence sit on the same chart.
Group Search Query Performance by your product groups
Comparing related products in Search Query Performance left you working through separate rows for each one. You can now roll search queries up by a selected product grouping and inspect the ASINs inside each custom group. For example, group 12 ASINs under "Protein Powders" to see one rolled-up query row, then open the ASIN count to confirm its products.
Improvements
- Added longer-range inventory figures: 60- and 90-day units sold, 30-, 60- and 90-day stock-out estimates, and monthly estimated stock-constrained days.
- Added product-group selection and clickable selected products to Inventory Planner, and an option to exclude FBM SKUs from the Inventory Demand Report.
- Added grouping to Product Settings with mixed-value indicators and bulk updates, and made enabling or disabling a product take effect without a refresh.
- Added conversion-rate metrics — unit, order and Subscribe & Save-excluded — plus Buy Box percentage across sales cards, graphs, tables, comparisons and exports.
- Added markers to the product modal sales graph wherever a title, description or image changed.
- Added custom expense line-item breakdowns to the P&L page so each contribution is visible.
- Reworked Visual Reports setup: redesigned country and team selectors that cover every enabled Amazon market by default, options to clear comparison dates or hide comparison figures, and a sample preview that reflects the components, metrics and dates you picked.
- Improved Visual Reports output with flat breakdown bars, denser daily, weekly and monthly buckets, and clearer summary spacing and wording.
- Improved navigation: sidebar spacing, labels and active-page styling are easier to scan, and global search no longer crowds breadcrumbs on small screens.
- Added saved-view selectors to table toolbars across Fluvi for faster view switching.
- Added a clearer empty state to the dashboard timeline widget when no items are available.
- Streamlined Feedback bulk actions by removing an extra all-products confirmation and correcting the delayed status label.
- Gave Fluvi AI more to work with: return comments for grouping recurring reasons, synced Amazon report listings and links, and listing generic keywords.
- Alert recipients are now suggested from addresses already used for the team's other alerts.
- Redesigned expanded shipment rows to improve product alignment and preserve the shipments table layout.
