This update focused on making Fluvi’s reporting and inventory tools more flexible, while also tightening up data accuracy across key pages. Highlights include reusable Visual Report templates, a stronger Inventory Demand report, and more powerful P&L analysis options.
Save and reuse Visual Report setups
Visual Reports now support reusable templates, so you can save a configuration and apply it again later instead of rebuilding the same report from scratch. This is especially helpful for recurring client reviews, monthly reporting, or keeping a consistent report format across teams.
We also made a few related improvements to how Visual Reports are displayed and downloaded, so saved reports are easier to work with once they’re generated.
- Added reusable Visual Report templates that can be saved, managed, and applied later.
- Added profit and profit margin to the sales summary report.
- Changed the Conversion Rates component from bars to a line chart.
- Added the actual comparison value to marketplace performance summaries.
- Added a Download PDF button directly on the report preview page.
- Added a copy button for public report links in report history.
- Renamed downloaded Visual Report PDF files to use clearer naming formats.
More capable Inventory Demand reporting
The Inventory Demand report now gives you more context for forecasting and downstream planning. In addition to stronger forecasting logic, exports now include more useful product details and demand comparison columns.
We also cleaned up the CSV output so it’s easier to use in spreadsheets and other workflows without extra formatting cleanup.
- Added seasonal forecasting to Inventory Demand reports.
- Added SKU and product title to Inventory Demand report exports.
- Added additional units sold comparison columns to Inventory Demand CSV exports.
- Removed metadata rows from Inventory Demand CSV files.
- Moved report details into the downloaded filename where possible.
- Made Inventory Demand CSV exports more flexible when report columns change.
- Replaced the older product picker with an improved product selector in the Inventory Demand flow.
Better inventory forecasting controls
The Inventory page got several forecasting improvements to make it easier to spot risk and adjust replenishment decisions. You can now control the chart time range, sort by FBA out-of-stock value, and interpret forecasting health more quickly with clearer color rules.
We also improved the chart tooltip and table presentation so the forecasting data is easier to read at a glance.
- Added a configurable 60-365 day time range for the inventory forecasting chart.
- Added sorting by FBA out-of-stock value in the forecasting chart.
- Redesigned forecasting colors to better distinguish urgent, healthy, and overstocked products.
- Improved the forecasting chart tooltip with clearer sections, units, and full inventory context.
- Removed out-of-stock values from Replenish and Reorder columns now that they have dedicated columns.
- Right-aligned forecasting columns in the Inventory table.
More flexible P&L analysis
P&L now gives you more control over how you analyze costs and profitability. You can compare line items against a selected baseline, inspect richer cost and profit breakdowns, and choose whether to show empty line items for a more consistent table layout.
These changes make it easier to answer questions like how each expense compares to revenue, ad spend, or total costs without exporting data elsewhere.
- Added a baseline selector for P&L stat comparisons.
- Replaced hover tooltips with click popovers for cost and profit breakdowns.
- Added grouped cost sections and subtotals in the cost breakdown.
- Added a percentage-of-base selector to the costs breakdown popover.
- Added a toggle to show all P&L line items, including empty rows.

Alongside the highlights above, we shipped several other useful enhancements across Fluvi.
- Added Buy Box percentage to the Sales table.
- Added Buy Box percentage as a selectable metric in the Product Modal graph.
- Added two additional default stat cards to the Sales page for units and orders.
- Added search to table column controls for faster column selection.
- Added Show all and Hide all actions to table column controls.
- Improved table column controls with collapsible sections and better overflow handling.
- Kept new table columns available in saved views by appending them hidden by default.
- Matched CSV exports to visible table columns on pages using table exports.
- Added sorting by shipment date fields in the Shipments table.
- Removed the confusing shipment date estimate from the shipment widget.
- Added a preferred case pack count setting in product settings.
- Improved product selection with a newer selector that supports better browsing and filtering.
- Added support for agency team selection in the Chrome extension assistant.
- Improved layout spacing on wider screens to use available horizontal space better.
- Prevented hiding the Period column in the Product Modal sales table.
- Added a new storage fee change notification option with a custom threshold.
- Added Sales Rank percentage change notification settings.
Bug Fixes
We also resolved a number of issues that affected visible data, navigation, sorting, and exports.
- Fixed returns showing the wrong country by using the order marketplace instead of fulfillment center.
- Fixed semantic colors for TACoS, ad spend, costs, and returns in stat cards.
- Fixed trend arrow directions on Sales and Dashboard stat cards.
- Fixed semantic coloring for ad-related metrics in Visual Reports.
- Fixed the FBA return rate trend color in Visual Reports.
- Fixed custom expenses that remained visible on P&L after being deleted.
- Fixed missing P&L data points for some agency accounts.
- Fixed missing historical sales data for some newer teams.
- Fixed Search Performance showing missing or zeroed data for affected date ranges.
- Fixed Orders page sorting so column header sorting works again.
- Fixed marketplace links on the Orders page so they open the correct regional Amazon domain.
- Fixed the Inventory Demand date picker selecting the wrong date.
- Fixed hidden columns appearing in CSV exports when they were removed from the table view.
- Fixed Inventory table CSV exports so available columns are included correctly.
