Category & Dimension Change Alerts in Product Reports
Fluvi now monitors for changes in product categories and dimensions. When discrepancies are detected, users will receive automatic notifications — helping you stay on top of critical catalog updates. -
Returns Tracking Improvements
Expanded support for tracking returns across multiple teams using a shared Returns ID format. This unlocks better historical insights across accounts. -
Multiple Teams on Custom Reports
You can now include more than one team on a single custom report — simplifying multi-account comparisons and analysis. -
Historical Inventory & Expense Tools (Backend APIs)
Implemented internal APIs to track historical inventory and manage custom expenses. This lays the foundation for deeper inventory forecasting tools and financial planning. -
Enhanced Coupon Redemption Grouping
Coupon redemptions are now grouped by currency, enabling more accurate summary stats across international teams.

Marketplace Filtering on P&L Page
You can now filter Profit & Loss stats by region and marketplace, giving you more control over how global vs. local performance is tracked and visualized. -
P&L Grouping Auto-Update Based on Range
The P&L view now automatically adjusts grouping granularity based on date range size:- Over 30 days = group by week
- Over 90 days = group by month
(Manual overrides are still respected.)

Storage Fee Clarity
Asterisks now clearly indicate when storage fees in settlements aren't fully accounted for in expense totals. -
Team Setup Completion Indicators
The agency dashboard will now show visual cues if one of your team clients hasn't completed setup — helping you catch issues early. -
Clean Returns Data Logging
Backend logic now prevents stale or misaligned return data that previously affected a few client accounts.

- Fixed an issue where ads data for certain clients in specific marketplaces stopped syncing.
- Backend updates deployed to reduce discrepancies between Amazon Ads and Fluvi dashboards for affected accounts.

Returns Page Crashes (Frontend)
Addressed crashes and blank screens on the Returns page for certain clients with large or incomplete data sets. -
Revenue Accuracy in P&L vs. Sales Page
Investigated and resolved inconsistencies between sales totals and profit calculations across several accounts. -
Login & Session Handling
Resolved intermittent session loss for some users due to real-time service miscommunication — session handling is now more stable. -
Filter Date Ranges
Fixed 30-day and 90-day filters returning incorrect day counts on the dashboard and P&L page due to timezone edge cases. -
Sync & Sales Queries Optimization
Sales data is no longer fetched unnecessarily on pages like Returns or Orders, reducing backend calls and improving load times. -
Zero-Member Edge Case in Dashboard
Fixed agency team dashboards that previously showed infinite loaders when no members were present. -
Firebase Cleanup for Orphaned Members
Fixed an edge case where unassigned agency members would remain in Firebase with dangling metadata. -
New User Email Update
All welcome emails now include a direct link to [email protected] for easier onboarding assistance.

We're getting closer to launching historical inventory planning tools, smarter return summaries, deeper AI integration, and cleaner custom financial reporting.
