Changelog — October 6, 2026
See Amazon refund costs broken down in the sales table, build Performance Reports for Amazon Vendor accounts, and track vendor Glance Views.
See the full net refund breakdown in your Amazon sales table
A single refund cost didn't show how Amazon arrived at it. The sales table now groups refunds into four columns: the amount refunded, the referral fee Amazon gives back, the refund administration fee Amazon keeps, and the net refund that comes out of your profit. For example, a $100 refund with a $15 referral fee reimbursement and a $3 administration fee costs you $88.
- Profit on the Sales page cards and chart, the dashboard and the product modal uses the same net refund, so every screen matches the table.
Build Performance Reports for Amazon Vendor accounts
Performance Reports for vendor accounts used to open without data. They now build from vendor data, with sales, advertising, product, marketplace and inventory health sections. For example, a September report for a vendor account shows $48,000 in ordered revenue against $6,000 in ad spend, a 12.5% TACoS, with sellable units per product in the Inventory Health table.
- A report covers seller accounts or vendor accounts, not both, and the form says so before you create it.
Improvements
- The vendor sales graph and sales table show Glance Views, Amazon's count of product page views, next to sales.
- Vendor sales cards show sales figures only.
- Vendor inventory shows the latest synced snapshot and when it synced, in place of a date range.
- Tables warn when their columns differ from the selected saved view, and table settings scroll cleanly through long column lists.
- Product detail sub-rows span the full row, leaving less empty space in tables.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed mobile scrolling on the alerts page.
- Fixed expanded rows in the shipment transfers table.
- Fixed the sales table crashing when a product had no costs assigned.
- Fixed P&L payouts rows and first-column values changing after reselecting the same marketplaces.
- Fixed overlapping notifications after creating a report.
- Fixed trend colors for Discounts, ACoS and TACoS in the sales table, so a rise now shows red.
- Fixed pinned columns in dashboard table widgets letting content show through.
- Fixed blank column names in table settings for agency, expense, warehouse, supplier and batch tables.
