Changelog — September 9, 2025
This week's release brings deeper visibility into custom financial data, enhanced notifications and integrations, and improved support for Vendor accounts across onboarding and analytics. We've also made several foundational improvements to backend systems, designed to pave the way for better reporting accuracy and long-term stability.
Features
-
Vendor Account Onboarding
Vendor Central accounts can now be onboarded, with a new experience where vendors select their participating marketplaces manually. -
Email Notification Settings Management
Teams can now configure notification preferences directly within a new Settings tab. Options include turning alerts on/off and specifying a custom list (up to 10 emails) for each notification type. -
Fulfillment Center Coverage Expansion
Several new fulfillment centers were added to the system, including locations across Australia, the US, the UK, and France — improving accuracy in shipment-linked workflows.
Improvements
Financials & Reporting
-
Custom Expenses in P&L
Custom expense entries now appear directly in Profit & Loss calculations, providing a more complete and flexible view of operational costs. -
B2B Revenue Enhancements
The Sales table now distinguishes between "B2B Revenue (exc. VAT)" and "B2B VAT" with a reorganized layout for greater clarity. -
VAT and Revenue Breakdown
Business Orders and Unrealized Orders APIs now return separate values for revenue with VAT, revenue without VAT, and VAT amounts — improving tax reporting precision.
Assistant Tool
- Enhanced Assistant Viewer
Each support message in the Assistant tool now shows its associated title and the user who submitted it, making it easier to scan and manage prior requests.
Inventory & Forecasting
-
Expanded Historical Inventory Recording
All historical inventory data is now recorded in full, supporting better long-term analysis and planning features. -
Batch Selector Enhancements
Improved the product-to-batch assignment flow by adding contextual details like creation date and product count, plus a new option for creating batches on the fly.
Integrations & Onboarding
-
Clearer Message for Already-Linked Accounts
Integrating a Seller account that is already linked to another Fluvi team now shows a clear message with a route to support, instead of failing quietly. -
Marketplace Status Indicators for Vendors
Vendor users can now select their marketplaces manually due to API limitations, ensuring proper marketplace alignment during onboarding. -
Ads API Authorization Improvement
Added support for generating authorization links for Vendor accounts — not just Seller accounts — during setup. -
Notification Improvements
Additional context (e.g. report ID or ASIN) is now included in notifications to make alerts more actionable and team-specific. -
Better Control over Notifications
A new system limits email recipients per notification type (max 10), includes input validation, and ensures consistent syncing between frontend and backend.
Fixes
-
Assistant API Error Handling Enhanced
Addressed an error preventing users from disconnecting their Ads API, ensuring confirmation flows respond as expected. -
Inventory Product Modal Bug
Fixed an issue preventing inventory data from appearing in the product modal for certain SKUs, ensuring consistent visibility. -
BSR Aggregates API Cleanup
Adjusted the BSR endpoint to correctly handle permissions and parameters depending on whether the team is agency-based. -
Sales Export Format Updates
Added new data points like Ad Spend % of Revenue and updated TACOS columns to the exported version of the Sales report. -
Visual Bug Fixes
Resolved issues with duplicate tooltips, sorting inconsistencies, and alignment glitches in batch and report interfaces.
